Aim

Prof. S. A. College of Education is a unit of Prof. Syed Ameeruddin Educational Trust which has been doing Yeoman service for the past several years - in the field of Education - particularly in the field of Teacher Education - all over the country and abroad, by organizing National and International Conferences and Seminars - on the subject - of higher Education and the need for dedicated and committed Teachers - to integrate the modern advancements in the field of Technology, Environment and Culture - with the noble values of imparting education to the student generation of this new millennium.

Teacher's Role

The role of the traditional Teacher model - has undergone a significant change today - due to the dynamic upsurge and fantastic progress in Information Technology. Today's Teacher has to define his/her role - as a Trainer of students - in the light of ever changing social values - in the present context of Globalization.

Training with a difference

Our College of Education, believes in - difference -from the routine and the ordinary. Our aim is to train - ideal teachers of tomorrow - giving more importance to the personality building of a teacher - inculcating - individuality - innovativeness and impetus to interpret and articulate imaginatively - to the students (in future ) - when they take up their dedicated roles as teachers. Also, to develop - self confidence and self dignity - in their chosen profession - as molders of the future citizens of tomorrow. We are planning to interact - with other teacher training experts from all over the world - for discussions on - The role of a Teacher - in today's Technologically surcharged world - by conducting International Seminars on Education - to give a broad based exposure - to our Teacher Training students - to outsmart - in the field of education, when they leave the institution.

The staff members are highly motivated to extend their fullest co-operation towards enhancing the knowledge of the students. The Principal who heads the team is a very dynamic, qualified and experienced personality.
